and 98% YTD average. She also had one audit with 100% accuracy. We also measure an internal
coding error rate for this client and Marjorie has a fantastic 0.8% error rate. Marjorie exceeds
productivity expectations with a 100% average last month, and 105% average for both quarterly

and YTD. She balances quantity and quality very well. Marjorie is an exceptional employee
capable working independently and prioritizing work appropriately to meet deadlines and goals.
She has no attendance issues, follows correct process to request time or flex schedule. She does as
asked without compliant. She has the critical thinking skills to ask appropriate questions. Marjorie is
a good communicator, participates in 1 on 1 meetings, as well team meetings. She contributes to
team discussions and assists in answering other team members questions. Marjorie is a very
valuable asset to this team and the client. She is one of only three coders trained to code
intentional radiology accounts at this client. She is very instrumental in our workflows and keeping

chart volumes manageable.
