Noelle is an IP coder on the UMASS assignment. She has been successful on several high level, complex
assignments, including ORMC. The UMASS manager has commented multiple times that Noelle and our
entire UMASS team of coders function as part of their department and she is very impressed with how
Noelle asks questions and shares documentation tips on their internal UMASS coding meetings. Noelle was
recently asked to let another Himagine coder shadow her coding a chart in hopes of helping that coder
increase her productivity. She went above and beyond when she realized that the coder's main issue was
lack of CAC knowledge. She provided additional CAC resources she had to the coder and helped her work
through it. The coder's productivity immediately increased and this was all due to Noelle's willingness to
help.She is an asset to our team and is part of the reason for our longevity at this client.
