Donna Paone is the epitome of professionalism. Donna lends her knowledge and experience to her part-
time assignments with as much vigor as she does her day FT job. When she started on the Northern Inyo
Hospital (NIH) project, Donna reached out to the client and let the client know that although she works FT
during the day outside of himagine, she would be available to them should they need her. Donna has
turned around the processes for NIH starting with the request for a shared drive, converting text reports
into Excel reports and developing new systems for tracking work completed. With NIH being so low
volume (approximately 10 hours a week, she has also started on the Hi-Desert project (approximately 10
hours a week), where it is expected that she will also revamp the existing processes. With Donna working
on any project, I can rest assure the project is in great hands and worry-free. With the vast 2018 changes
in cancer data collection, Donna is very keen on staying abreast of these changes. In Q1 of 2019 she has
completed 15.5 CEs.
