Thanks to everyone for another wonderful 1st quarter! We have many exciting initiatives taking place

this year with our PwC project:

● Structuring the HIM manager role to provide a greater focus on employee retention and performance by

removing administrative functions; centralizing those in a shared services group

● Streamlining processes and reducing the number of hand offs

● Eliminating confusion between roles and looking for opportunities to further capture revenue

● Centralizing interviewing and onboarding functions with the Shared Services Department

One of the main themes with the winners this quarter is “going above and beyond”. The winners

were nominated by peers and management for continually exceeding client expectations and adding

value by improving workflow and quality outcomes. Congratulations to all of our 1st Quarter

nominees as well as our winners!
