Nominated Reason: Evan has grown from being one of the slower coders to

ramp at ORMC, to the most consistent producing coder on the project. In

fact, the client recently requested that he be brought back as the only

coder remaining on the project. All other coders were off-boarded but they

asked if they could keep Evan. Evan rarely, if ever, takes time off. He is

willing to work as many hours of OT as needed to meet the client's needs.

Evan is a team player. He takes pride in his work. He works well

independently but reaches out with questions when necessary. ORMC has

been a difficult project and Evan has succeeded there. He is an asset to

himagine.
