Nominated Reason: Jill's knowledge of CDI and Coding methodologies is vast

and spans over 26 years of experience. She has the ability to bring diverse

groups of people together to work on common goals. Example would be

bringing the CDI-RNs together with the coders to work side by side and share

each other's experience and knowledge; Education to Physicians and

Providers; CDI-RNs and Coding Staff. She has worked as a CDI Specialist, CDI

Subject Matter Expert, CDI Auditor and provides other duties as needed. Jill

is an excellent communicator, extremely organized, dependable and hard

working. She was recently promoted to IP CQA Manager.
