Charmekka is an IP coder on the Loma Linda assignment. Loma Linda accounts are heavily

validated by their QA department and it was recently discovered that our team had too

many DRG errors. Himagine has conducted a 2 month DRG audit on our coders and some

team members have struggled. Charmekka is the ONLY coder on the team who ended up

with a 100% DRG accuracy rate on this audit. Loma Linda accounts are very complex and

Charmekka manages to balance this high quality with productivity which is the goal for all

coders. Her consistency has contributed to our long-term success at Loma Linda.
