RESIDENT SERVICES SUMMERTIME REMINDERS
By Brittney Copeland, Administrative Director and Resident Services Manager
It's summer at Watergate at Landmark - a lovely time of
year to enjoy a day by the outdoor pool, have a meal on
the Lower Terrace or entertain guests from near or far.
Below are a few reminders that you may find helpful
throughout the season/(note: used the word “time” quite a
bit in first sentence) of year:
• We have several passes to meet your parking needs.
In addition to the daily or 48-hour passes you may
obtain at the gate, we have long-term visitor passes (2
wk., quarterly, and annual) to meet your needs. For 2-
week visitors passes, request one at the Resident Ser-
vices Office. Bring your license with you and know
your vehicle’s make and model. Quarterly visitor
passes require additional paperwork and are limited to
the type of unit you have. Annual parking passes are
unlimited, however, you need to have your license
and registration with you. To receive this pass you
must pay $25 for the pass and an annual renewal fee
of $25.
• To obtain guest pool passes for your guests, you must
