New at Greenfield
Hall of Fame Room & Induction
After 50 years of being founded, Greenfield’s Athletic Director,
Management Team and Board of Trustees decided it was time to create a
Hall of Fame for Greenfield’s most successful past athletes.
Any former Greenfield student athlete who graduated five or more years ago is eligible
for Hall of Fame consideration. In addition, former coaches, supporters, and varsity
teams who made significant contributions to Greenfield athletics are also eligible for
consideration. As many as 6 individuals may be inducted into the Hall of Fame in any
year and/or one team or an era of teams. Hall of Fame inductions will be held every 3
years, alternating with Order of the Roundtable inductions. A new room was created
in the space upstairs inside the gym. The Hall of Fame Room will serve many purposes
such as meeting space, additional class space as well as hosting area for visiting coaches,
referees and others during the many tournaments held inside the gym.
