1. Project specification

1.1 Formal client
The formal client is MAD Consultancy. Mad Consultancy is young company
that was started in april 2013. Since then the company has rapidly grown
and now offers a large amount of related (online) services. their portfolio
consists of the following core businesses: B2C auctions, B2C e-commerce,
e-mail & affiliate marketing and social matchmaking. The focus of the
company is within these 4 categories.

1.2 Project leader
The project leader is Keiwan Babani.

1.3 Current situation
The formal client is in need of a video platform which they want to
publish. The published video platform should have the necessary
properties to allow users to watch, rate, share and comment on videos.

1.4 Justification
While there are many already made video platforms out there. The
company and formal client has decided to go with a custom version that
they can fully control and customize. Therefore the task has been
assigned to me to create this video platform for the company.

1.5 Product

The product will be a fully working online video platform where users can
register and login and start uploading and sharing videos. Visitors can visit
the website through a link and watch videos.

1.6 Deliverables and non-deliverables

Deliverables
· A copy of the project folder and the code written in PHP as a
repository (version control).
· Documentation:
o This Project Plan
o Graduation Report

Non-deliverables
· Any kind of service after release including patches, updates and
troubleshooting.
