l Wirework can take a bit of practice to get right, but don’t let this put you off. All the little details on the eggs don’t have to be exactly the same.
l If you don’t like the three-egg look, try making just the one pendant for a more subtle accessory.
l This is a great way to use up your stash. You can use all those odd shapes that are left over at the end
of other projects.
6Wrap both of the wire tails once around the base of the wire loop. There should be one tail on the front and back of the egg. Cut the tails so that they are about an inch long, then curl them both into a small wrapped loop with round nose pliers. Use the flat nose 7pliers to press them flat against the egg. Attach a faux pearl to a headpin. Create a loop with the excess pin using round nose pliers. Measure 4cm away from the egg and attach the pearl to the chain using the tail of the loop. Wrap the tail tightly around the base
of the loop and use cutters to remove the excess. Use flat nose pliers to smooth any rough areas. Add another faux pearl 4cm away from the egg in the other direction. Attach the other two eggs 4cm above from the faux pearls.

of the chain using split ring pliers. Add a 4cm length of chain to one of the split rings. Attach a bolt ring clasp to the other. To finish, add a faux pearl to the end of the short chain using the technique in step 7.
