“Think sushi counter crossed with high tech kitchen,” Josh says. There
will be an eight-person bar where guests can watch the food being plated
and engage with Luke and Josh. There will also be tables for guests who
prefer a more intimate experience. The restaurant holds 16 people, with
private dining experiences available as well. Cooking classes and other
special events will be a regular thing at MÄS. “We want this to be an
experience that goes beyond the OSF plays for our visitors, a full sen-
sory experience for the palate and mind,” says Josh. MÄS is collaborating
with photographer Lindsey Bolling and artist Ryan Moon. A 55+ Community
