“The first three weeks were great,” jokes Rispoli, as they arrived just
before a major fire season began several months of smokey skies in
the valley. But that smokey introduction didn’t stop the Rispolis
from beginning their plans to build homes together, both on their
own and in collaboration with other builders in the area.

Prior to moving to Southern Oregon, Rispoli met with Vic
Nicolescu, owner and principal broker for The Alba Group. They
both saw the potential of teaming up to build quality, affordable Civil Engineering Structural Engineering Architecture
housing with Rispoli’s design flair. “Giuseppe is a top-notch guy,”
says Nicolescu, “and has attracted top-notch subcontractors, too.” Single and Multi-Family Residential Facilities
His building style has attracted clients from sources ranging from Commercial Site Development
completed homes and MLS listings to social media sources like Commercial Building
Instagram. “People will say, ‘We like your style. We like your look. Public Safety Facilities
We want you to build us a house’,” says Rispoli. Nicolescu says it’s Health Care Facilities
a tribute to the dedication and professionalism Rispoli brings to the Seismic Retrofits and Rehabilitations
job, despite his short tenure in the area. “Quality people want to K-12 and Higher Education Facilities
          work with quality people.”
                                                                                          Public Infrastructure
For their custom homes, Rispoli Design and Build uses a four-step Historic Building Renovations and Rehabilitations
process that has proven very successful in helping clients find just Traffic and Pedestrian Bridge Design
the right design for their new home, and it begins with an inter- Industrial and Agricultural Facilities
view process. “I’m very up front with clients from the beginning,” Falsework, Shoring, and Demolition
says Rispoli, who knows the value of open communication right
from the start. “I interview clients as much as they interview me.” www.ZCSEA.com
