“It’s like I’m building a home for me … with you in mind,” he says. “I
take ownership until I can hand it over.” And as a design and build firm,
Rispoli sees each client through every phase of the project from initial
design to construction and follow up.

While they do have a growing catalogue of floor plans available, Rispoli
sees each project as a new opportunity. “We design everything in-
house,” he explains, and with his varied background, he and his team
bring a unique flair to each design as they guide each client through the
myriad choices that will help their home reflect their family’s needs
and interests well. “Obviously we put our flair to it, but we also under-

effective to make changes before construction begins. Features can be
adjusted or colors changed as clients “see” their home coming together
in a virtual tour. “Clients are fascinated by the process,” says Rispoli of
this unique aspect in the company’s process.

Once each design is finalized and construction begins, Rispoli and his
team carefully oversee each project. “We are a small operation,” he
says, “but we do things in a very systematic way.” Even though the cur-
rent challenges in building material supply have occasionally meant
