Chef Brooks elaborates, “Nate is an enor-
mously positive influence to our service staff
with regards to wine education. He’s a pas-
sionate sommelier and incredibly focused
on ensuring that our list evolves seasonally
to complement our menu perfectly. We
will, of course, continue to represent the
amazing producers we have locally here in
Oregon. Recently, we’ve been putting a bit
more care into highlighting natural wines,
amber wines, pét-nats, and wines from
abroad that might be lesser known but pair
perfectly with a particular dish.”
