Classic Shrimp Scampi, Brie Cheese,
Lobster Crab Cakes, and more.
Each entrée is prepared to order with
a traditional approach and is served
with bread and your choice of soup or
salad. I was torn between the Meatballs
Bolognese, Chicken Parmesan, Italian
Sausage made with Taylor’s Sausage (a
local favorite from Cave Junction), and
Ravioli San Remo. My dinner com-
panion considered Lobster Fettuccini,
New York Steak Delmonico, Wild
Salmon, Scaloppini, or Shrimp and
Scallops.
We both landed on chicken dishes,
Parmesan, and Scaloppini. They did
not disappoint.
The Parmesan is melt-in-your-mouth
delicious. The chicken is panko
crusted and pan fried (crispy and
tender at the same time), covered in
mozzarella with marinara or a parme-
san cream sauce on linguine. At our
server’s suggestion, I tried it with the
Vodka Sauce, a blend of marinara and
Parmesan for a twist, and I found it the
perfect choice. I paired my meal with a
local Valley View Pioneer Tempranillo.
The Scaloppini was prepared to per-
fection with cremini mushrooms,
artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes,
capers, and garlic white wine sauce
