FULL LEAF TEA COMPANY
NO. 3282 ON 5000 ANNUAL LIST
n August, Inc. revealed that Full Leaf Tea Company is No. 3282 on
Iits annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-
growing private companies in America. The list represents a one-of-a-
kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most
dynamic segment – its independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani,
Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known
names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
Further, Full Leaf Tea Company is No. 100 in their industry “Food and
Beverage.”
This was a huge honor and a day we will never forget. We are so
“thankful for our customers and staff – our Full Leaf Family,” says Matt
Hammonds, Owner and Co-Founder. The companies on the 2022 Inc.
5000 have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resil-
ience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact
of COVID-19.
“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies
in the U.S. in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be over-
stated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to
honor the companies that have established themselves through innova-
tion, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.” Full Leaf has also
been featured in Better Homes and Gardens, Wine Spectator and a cameo
placement in the Netflix series, Dead to Me, Season 1. However, Matt
and Lisa (Owner and Co-Founder) Hammonds feel that being listed on
the Inc. 5000 list is their greatest recognition to date. They currently
employ 20 people.
