NEW 66 SMOKEHOUSE BBQ RESTAURANT
FLAVOR, FUN, COMMUNITY FOCUS FOR ASHLAND AREA
new restaurant is bringing something special to the Ashland area – mouthwatering, tasty BBQ
Riverfront Dining A served with exceptional service and stunning views. 66 Smokehouse BBQ offers upscale taste
at its Best! and quality in a casual eating setting with a focus on delicious food, menu options for a variety of
tastes, and a strong community connection. Located on Highway 66, 30 miles outside Ashland
at the Greensprings Inn, the restaurant borders the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument and
offers unmatched views of the forest with both outdoor and indoor seating options.
66 Smokehouse BBQ features five smoked and BBQ meats sourced from Oregon farms includ-
ing beef ribs, pork baby back ribs, chicken, and tri-tip, with a variety of tasty side dishes. The

For guests seeking non-meat options, they offer a vegetarian garden burger and a Beyond
Meat® vegan burger with vegan bun, vegan mayo, and a smoked gouda vegan cheese. Vegan
vegetable soup or a hearty garden salad are also available.
Breakfast selections include eggs, bacon and hash browns, sweet and savory waffles and pan-
cakes, or hearty options like Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, served 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. daily.
Owner and Hyatt Lake resident Michael O’Brien wanted to bring something new and different
to the area, while supporting the local community and residents. “The staff is the heart of this
restaurant, so I want to make sure they are taken care of,” he says. (Positions start at $17- $20/
hour and employees participate in profit sharing.) “They deserve fair compensation.”

O’Brien sponsors various fundraisers donating 10% of their sales on fundraiser weekends, also
accepting cash donations from patrons and round-ups on in-person and online orders. The res-
taurant offers special discounts for first responders, active-duty military, veterans, and teachers.
