Lake’s work reveals a deep respect for the history and integrity of
materials with a focus on clean lines and precision. “I just enjoy the
process and the craft so much. I love what I do, and I love creating
something that my client is happy with that also gives new life to
materials that would otherwise be collecting cobwebs elsewhere.”
He gives new life to the materials creating timeless works of art that
are both practical and beautiful.

Much of Lake’s work is in the homes of his clients in Ashland, but
you can see Lake North Designs for yourself at Alchemy Bar where
he did the bar, bar ladder, tabletops, and ceiling work. There is also
Taqueria Picaro, Standing Stone Brewery (tables) and the new Irvine
and Roberts Winery. Krissy Millner, interior designer and owner
of Terra Firma Home confers, “We love working with Lake, he was
able to take our designs and create our vision exactly to our speci-
fications!” A testament to Lake’s devotion, creativity, innovation and
artistry.
