ing by no visible hand and after hours. Other servers have witnessed
relocated wine bottles, movement in a room, and the feeling they’ve
bumped into something when nothing or no one is there.
One tasting room visitor believes the unexplained was due to some-
thing gone awry with children. Another felt a child’s presence, going
back to the 1800s.
South Stage Cellars has more to offer than a ghost story, though. “It’s
so quaint and magical. You step into the past,” Porscha says, noting
