Our experienced reservation sales team receive on-going training and consistently receive
outstanding service reviews from guests and owners.

We understand that to keep our homes occupied in an ever increasing competitive market
we must distinguish our rentals with the amenities that they provide as well as presenting
them in excellent condition. We are dedicated to making each home stand out amongst the
competition.
We monitor how each home is performing. Our software allows for an OWNER PORTAL
where each owner can see performance statistics, access archived monthly statements, make
owner reservations and more!
We limit and screen homes in order to maintain the best home selection. We perform a
comparable market analysis on each home every year to ensure that competitive rates are
offered.

We utilize cutting edge marketing tools, from high resolution cameras and video equipment to
color printing.
Our Property Care team is comprised of housekeepers, general maintenance personnel and
grounds crew. In addition we maintain excellent relations with professional service vendors
such as appliance repair, HVAC, plumbers, and electricians. All aspects of property care can
be provided.

Our rental offerings include Equestrian Properties, Mountain Properties which includes select
homes at Rumbling Bald Resort, and Lakefront Homes.
