Even the most promising tech stack additions can fail to deliver if employees do not adopt the new technology. It is a remarkably common point of failure, with most
organizations having been impressed by the features, benefits and potential cost savings of new technology but not realizing them because they did not consider how
the new technology will impact its employees.
