C. The Lake House
Planned for opening in the winter of 2015 is the Ashville Park Community Pool & Clubhouse, a resident exclusive amenity. This coastal inspired facility will serve as the hub for resident social gatherings and offers a private clubhouse available for reservation of hosted events, a pool serving both the young and young at heart, as well as a fitness center.
D. School District
Virginia Beach City Public Schools is the largest school division in Hampton Roads – southeastern Virginia – and continues to be one of the best school divisions in the country according to Great Schools, which ranked VBCPS as the fifth best large school division in the entire nation as of Fall 2015.
Princess Anne Elementary School, Princess Anne Middle School, and Floyd E. Kellam High School serve the Ashville Park students and are rated as some of the best in Virginia Beach. V. Community Association
All residents of Ashville Park automatically become members of the Ashville Park Community Association which is responsible for maintaining common area landscaping and amenities including open space, lakes, parks, trails, and The Lake House. This association also maintains and enforces architectural control through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Please check with a marketing team representative to confirm the current Community Association dues.
