Regarding a broker- I can strongly recommend a broker from past
experience- Janet Owen of Prudential Rubloff. She has achieved
record breaking high end coop sales and is very experienced in co-
ops. The sale of a coop is an art and involves the ability to pre-
screen candidates that will be found acceptable to the Board with-
out being discriminatory. She is very sophisticated in this regard
and also works very hard for her clients- she does not just delegate
to an associate like many successful high end brokers. She also has
experience selling residences of consulates in Chicago. She will
provide a packet of information if you would like me to request.
Fyi- I have no involvement with Janet other than past professional
experience. I suggest you consider her.
