Belatedly, this is to thank you for your superb services in helping us sell 2035 N. Mohawk Street. You
not only helped sell the building in record time, but also for a better than anticipated price.

From the very first time we met (through Charlie Clarke), we could see that we were in the hands of a
consummate professional. You worked with us on pricing, showing a number a comparables. You
told us how to counter offers to maximum advantage. You gave us good advice throughout, and were
always available when we needed you.

And, beyond the call of duty, you helped us get Sudler to take over the management contract on the
building during Christmas week, when our then manager decided to quit. That was another gift. And
so, it really wasn’t necessary to send us the lovely candlesticks from Tiffany’s. So many thanks.

In sum, you are the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with. And, we’ve worked with a number
over the years, including on properties more valuable than 2035. And, if that’s not enough, Mimi and I
both view you as a damn nice person. It’s easy to see why you are at the top of your profession in
Chicago.
