aul and Justina Amoge Iloabachie wanted to make a difference in this world by
establishing a Nursery in Enugu. The school was supposed to be named after
PPaul's father Thomas.
When everything was set, Justina suddenly died. This was a big blow but the board of
trustees decided that this noble dream should not die, so her name was added to
Justine- Thomas as a joint memorial. The school took off in January 1989 with a few
children. By 1991, all the classes were filled to capacity and the first floor of the building
was also remodelled into classrooms.
Although first designed as Kindergarten, parents pressured the management to
extend it to primary level. This positive pressure resulted to the birth of JTKPS. After
Paul's marriage to Lily Ifeyinwa in 1997, Lily his wife joined him successfully in the
administration of the school. Year by year a new grade was added to the existing one.
The school that started with only few children of which Jidenna Mobisson was one of
them, has now a population of about 380 pupils.
In September 2004, a pre KG for the 1-2 year old children was opened. Our school
continues to move from strength to strength to the glory of God. Sadly, the founder of
JTKPS, Arc. Sir. A.P.C Iloabachie of blessed memory died in 2012. His wife Lily
continues in his footsteps. The pupils of JTKPS always maintain the best result in all
federal, state and private school entrance examination and are known all over the
world for their excellence.
