Every Trustee is assigned a portfolio.
This enables clubs to send directly project & requests to the Trustees.
If Trustees need assistance, then it shall be brought up at the Working Group meetings

B. Working Group
• The Trustees of Yayasan Kelab-Kelab Rotary Malaysia (hereinafter known as Yayasan) meets about once in 3 to 4 months. Thus it became prudent that a Working Group be
established to cater to the administration of the Yayasan so as to enable faster and more efficient decision making.
• For ease of attendance of the meeting called, the composition of the Working Group shall be the Trustees who reside in the Klang Valley.
• Duties, Powers and Responsibilities
o The Working Group shall discuss any administrative or general routine matters
involving the Yayasan.
o The Working Group shall be empowered to make decision on matters of urgency on behalf of the Trustees of the Yayasan. All such decision shall be tabled at the next
Yayasan Trustees’ meeting for endorsement.
