Cenna Medical Technologies’ Limited Warranty

Cenna Medical Technologies Corporation (Cenna Med) for a period of one year from the purchase date
warrants HR500 Bone Mill System against any defect in materials and workmanship which inhibits the
normal use and service for which the bone mill was intended for. Cenna Med will replace at no cost any
part that is determined to be defective.

During the repair period at no cost Cenna Med will loan a replacement.

Cenna Med’s warranty shall not apply, however, to the HR500 Bone Mill System damage resulting from
negligence, improper operation, misuse, improper storage, accidents, or alteration. Regardless of the legal
theory applied, including strict liability, Cenna Med shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential
damage arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

Required Services by a trained Technician

Required Maintenance services are:

• Inspection of the front seals after cleaning and before autoclaving
• Inspection of the interlocking safety switch located in front of the Motor Frame before use
• Yearly inspection of the overall condition of the Cortical Bone Mill, performed by Cenna Med’s
representative.
