Shrimp Pad
    Thai



























                     Servings: 2





     In a pan (on medium heat), grill: 1 bag of bean sprouts,
     1 package of konjac noodles, steamed shrimp, 1 chopped carrot,
     1 chopped red pepper, 2 cups of broccoli, 1/3 cup of chopped onions, 1/2 a
     cup of chopped mushrooms, 2 tbsps. of sesame oil, 3 tbsps. of gluten-free
     tamari sauce, 1/2 the juice of a lemon, 1 tbsp. of chili powder & 1 tbsp. of
     garlic powder. Top with finely chopped peanuts.
     A great technique to help you eat slower is by using chop sticks!                                                                110
