much-celebrated star had finally exploded, becoming a supernova in 2027 A.D. It was currently one of the more spectacular sights in the fourth quadrant of the Milky Way. As Graham bragged away over Flat Tire beer, the supernova finished exploding and started the even more breathtaking implosion into a big black hole. It was a perfect end to a rough but transcendent day.
