Cricket
Boys at Warwick have fantastic opportunities to develop their cricketing skills with regular fixtures against the strongest schools in the Midlands as well as opportunities for all to play in House matches. The 1st XI play a mixture of 50 overs, Declaration, 2- day, Festival and T20 cricket. We offer outstanding coaching, led by an ex-professional cricketer, alongside specialist coaches and staff. Training takes place during the winter in the sports hall and in the summer both during Games lessons and after school. Facilities include seven cricket pitches, indoor and outdoor net facilities and excellent training equipment. Warwick School also has a strong relationship with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, having had six Old Boys play professionally and another recently breaking into the WCCC First Team.
