                          questionnaire.

                15        Assertively represent you on all offer
                          presentations to assure maximum
                          leverage during price and terms
                          negotiation.

                16        Handle all follow-up upon contract
                          acceptance, including mortgage,
                          title, inspections, appraisal, and
                          closing procedures.
                17        Deliver your check at the closing of
