Stakeholder Engagement to Understand Concerns
We employ a variety of channels and approaches to engage our stakeholders for the purpose of understanding sustainability concerns and exchanging ideas. These engagement channels help us capture stakeholder perceptions, expectations and suggested improvements with regard to the Property Department’s sustainability performance and reporting.
During engagements with the Government, other companies, professional bodies and institutions, we exchange views and share best practices in sustainability. These interactions provide insights into current practices and future trends.
To engage Property employees, we have undertaken a series of workshops, meetings, and trainings to obtain feedback, understand sta  needs and expectations, and raise awareness of Property’s sustainability practices. The Club’s Management was engaged through one-to-one sessions and regular internal meetings, during which they shared the Club’s sustainability goals and vision, communicated their thoughts on sustainability issues, and set sustainability objectives and targets.
