RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND
STORMWATER & WASTEWATER COMMITTEE AUTHORIZING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF

TRANSPORTATION AND THE VILLAGE OF STURTEVANT DEPARTMENT
OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ADOPT A 2018-2019 TRANSPORTATION

MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR DEVELOPMENT ROAD CONSTRUCTION

The Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin
does resolve as follows:

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation has committed to
improvement to the I-94 N-s Freeway Project to accommodate the increase in
development; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation and the Village of
Sturtevant Public Works would like to form a partnership to ensure a safer and
more efficient travel in Racine County; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board believes that this partnership will be
beneficial.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve:

1. The Department of Transportation has committed to re-imburse
the Village of Sturtevant Department of Public Works up to
$5,000 for participation in functions related to the traffic impacts
in I-94 N-S Freeway Project.

2. That the execution of an agreement between the Wisconsin
Department of Transportation and the Village of Sturtevant
Public Works as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached hereto
and incorporated herein, is authorized and approved.

3. That the Village President and the Village Clerk are authorized
to sign any agreements or other documents necessary to carry
out the intent of this resolution.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 17th day of July, 2018.
