RESOLUTION BY THE PUBLIC WORKS & CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND
STORM AND WASTEWATER COMMITTEE DETERMINING 2018 SEWER
REHABILITATION PROJECTS IN THE VILLAGE OF STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, there is a need to determine sanitary sewer rehabilitation
capital projects should go forward in 2018; and

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby establish the following sewer rehabilitation
projects and inspections to be completed in 2018 using Sanitary Sewer Funds:

o Sanitary Sewers on Florence Drive and 90th Street north of
Florence Drive

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve that the estimated cost of said projects is
not to exceed $85,000, and that the funds for said projects shall be taken from
account number 602-62832-350.

NOW THEREFORE, the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine
County, Wisconsin does hereby resolve that the Village Engineer is authorized to
proceed with the design work and the solicitation of bids for the above described
projects but no contracts shall be awarded without further action by the Board of
Trustees.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County,
Wisconsin, this 7th day of November, 2018.
