                Open Pickleball

Pickleball is a racquet sport, which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same
dimensions as a doubles badminton court. The net is similar to a tennis net, but is mounted two inches lower. The game is played with a
hard paddle and a polymer whiffle ball. Players of all ages enjoy this fun-filled game with their friends and family. Open to all skill levels.

           Hebrew Language

Level 1 Class: This 9-week class is an introduction to the Modern Hebrew language. We will study the Hebrew alphabet (aleph-bet) as well as
some basic vocabulary and a bit of grammar. Some culture of Israel will also be incorporated. Despite the focus on the Modern Hebrew, the
course will also be useful for students interested in the biblical form of the language as many of the words are the same or similar.
**Mondays, starting March 25th-May 20th, 5:15pm-6:45pm, 16yrs+, $60 (does not include materials needed), @ Parks & Rec, instructed by Reba
         Lindsay

Level 2 Class: This 9-week class is for students who are already familiar & comfortable with most of the Hebrew letters & vowel system. We will
use the same book as was used in Fall 2018 but will go back and focus mainly on the dialogues, vocabulary & exercises. If we finish the book be-
fore the end of class, I (Reba Lindsay) will provide beginning lessons from the next book in the series.
