    SAILING
 Head Coach: Brian Kamilar
“WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK ATHLETICS AND THE PARENTS FOR ALL THEIR SUPPORT ON ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL SAILING SEASON!”
“After finishing the regular season SAISA
South Circuit ranked third in the state out of 28 registered schools, our sailing program earned a berth to the 2021 SAISA District Championships held at the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC. The SAISA District Championships consist
of the top seven North SAISA schools and the top seven South SAISA schools, plus a school from the USVI’s and an at-large berth, meaning these were the top 16 schools out of over 100
in the Southeast United States. After the results were tallied, Gulliver finished fifth overall for the entire Southeast U.S. district. Sailing for Gulliver in A Division were Daniel Hughes and Madeleine Hughes, while B Division sailed David Cort Snyder, Abigail Sharp, Dante Garcia, and Jonas Carvalho. We would like to thank athletics and the parents for all their support on another successful sailing season!”

“THE BOYS’ AND GIRLS’ TRACK AND FIELD TEAMS WILL HAVE A LEGITIMATE CHANCE TO WIN A STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2022.”
“The boys’ and girls’ track and field teams had their most successful season in the past eight years. Both teams placed as district runners-up at the 2021 FHSAA 2A District Championships. Overall, the program broke six school records, including both the boys’ and girls’ javelin,
and sent 13 student-athletes to the state championships. With only a few seniors on both squads, the boys’ and girls’ track and field teams will have a legitimate chance to win a state championship in 2022.” - Coach Raviel Maisonet
