“Our boys’ tennis journey ended in the state semifinals with a defeat versus Pine Crest, the eventual state champions, after a well-fought season. It was the last dance as Raiders for four of our five top players. Sophomore Pierce Garbett was voted a Miami Herald All-County singles player. Our No. 1 doubles team of Garbett/Brook ended the season with a 10-1

“The girls’ tennis team was able to complete the 2021 tennis season COVID and quarantine free. They finished the season 9-3 and earned district and regional championships before bowing out in the semifinals of the state championship. With two freshmen, Valentina Rossi and Jayden Jagolinzer, two sophomores, Mia Suarez and Lia Fletcher, and one junior, Tori Hagenlocker, in the top five, we are optimistic about the future success of the team.” - Coach Kelly Mulligan
