• Being 100% committed team players
                       (Individuals) to the organization and
                       each other

                   • A positive workplace environment (I look
                       forward to showing up)

From all of my experiences, I have come to the
conclusion that skill and organizational training does
not effectively improve relationships over time.
Frequency of TIME TOGETHER and added value
purpose through creative problem solving will
change and maintain the team’s health and
        workplace environment.

I have theorized that a 40 hour Team Time
Workout, spread out of 90 days, will Renew people
Relationships, Restore the name TEAM, and
Rejuvenate individuals both at and away from work.

Teamwork is what we do in our job to accomplish
work tasks or projects; TeamPlay is “who we are in
        the process”.

Don’t forget the passport to team success! FUN
