What happens when we don’t have FUN
(TIME TOGETHER)?
People have become disconnected with
their own hearts because of lack of
balance. So it’s hardly surprising that
they aren’t connected with each other’s!
The collective hearts of the team players
is the life of the team; the part that
pumps enthusiasm, respect, trust and
overall togetherness into the team, and
drives it to success.
• People need to have FUN in their lives
both at and away from work
• Today most people would say they don’t
have time for either
• Too often, as teams and individuals
pursue their goals they forget about it, or
don’t make time to have FUN.
• Without FUN both at and away from
work, fatigue and indifference sets in!
• People lose their eagerness to show up,
to learn through discovery in a team
