to the process or significance in the team

        effort.

        Burnout, organizational change, upsizing,

        downsizing, and ineffective management of
stress have damaged the heart of the
functional team. Seventy percent of team
members with whom we work, share with us

their feelings of isolation, lack of co-worker
        friendships, and overall dissatisfaction within
        the team environment.

        Organizational trainers, authors, and
strategists have tried all types of seminars,
books, and theories to alleviate the problems

        associated with organizational change and
economic pressures. As a result, we have
        over managed, trained, and strategically

forced the process of how to get teams to
        perform.

Bottom line: It seems Corporate America

Has Tried Everything and very little is
        working!
