Before we go any further in this chapter. I would like to address law enforcement and judges. Many of us
that are awake have come to the realization that our law enforcement system and judicial system is
broken. I'm going to first address the judicial system, in particularly judges.
Judges and the Two Hats
There are only two hats that a judge can wear in a court of law. They must either wear
one or the other not both. The first hat is to the oath of office to which they serve. They
are sworn to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America as
well as the citizens. They must have uphold all constitutional rights as well as the Bill of
Rights which is part of our constitution. They must have uphold the supreme Court
rulings. They must adjudicate cases based upon the US codes as well as the
Constitution.
The second hat is one that is unlawful, and it is an oath to uphold the crowns Maritime
admiralty law. It is the law of contracts. This oath that they swear to is to the bar
association. Should they choose to wear this hat from the bench. They are in direct
violation of the Constitution and your rights.
They cannot serve two masters they will love one and hate the other.
I will explain later why many of the judges choose to wear the hat of the Bar in
particular. Also try to remember that it does not matter what that diploma or that title
that they hold means. Whether it's a Harvard law degree, Oxford, Stanford, Yale, or
Bubba's Law School and tire center. Each and every law institution teaches contractual
maritime law to their students. They study case law as opposed to constitutional law.
Case in point, the bar association is a foreign service corporation of the crown. In
order to practice law in the UNITED STATES corporation, you must pass the bar exam
in order to become a lawyer. All judges that sit on the bench must go to a certain
process of this foreign service corporation. In order to become a judge you must first
start out as a public defender. From there you will move up to prosecutor. And from
that point you may move up to the bench after having served as both defense attorney
and prosecuting attorney. By the time you reach the bench you are very familiar with the
inner workings of the system under Maritime admiralty law.
You can even make huge profits from serving the maritime admiralty law system as
opposed to common law and constitutional law. Many people do not know that these
court systems are businesses. Each and everyone have a Dunn and Bradstreet business
registry number. Many judges even own courthouses, and have invested in correctional
facility stock. Which is in and of itself a conflict of interest. To keep a correctional
facility full means profit margins go up.
