Law Enforcement Officers
My family has a rich history in serving in the military. Some of our closest family Friends
have been law enforcement officers. I have absolutely nothing but respect for the men
and women who put their lives on the line to protect our communities. It is sad not only
to the good men and women who serve honorably but it's sad to all of us to see when
police officers exceed their authority and become the criminals that they're supposed to
be protecting us from. But do not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Not all of
them are good and not all of them are bad it's like any other profession.
Having said that. Most police officers know very little about the law. That is not part of
their training or at least if it is it's a small part. They are mainly trained and how to deal
with crisis situations. They are trained in statutes and ordinances of their state county
or city in which they serve office. This is where a great conflict between what is lawful
and what is legal come into play. If a statute or ordinance or law comes in the conflict
with the United States Constitution. Whatever statute ordinance or law that is,
becomes null and void in accordance to the Constitution itself. Many of the law
enforcement officers that give out traffic citations, or are called to serve warrants, and
all of the other things that officers are tasks to do. Do not understand what is Lawful.
Unlike the judges who have been to law school and who have served in the judicial
system, and understand the difference between legal and lawful. Judges are very much
accountable for their behavior while serving in that position. Law officers under the
other hand are unaware that they are in violation of constitutional rights. When they
pull somebody over for speeding, they issue a citation not understanding that this is an
unlawful contract. Part of restoring the constitutional republic is going to be having to
re-educate not only judges but law enforcement agencies as well.
It is very important to understand, that you need to understand the language of the
Maritime admiralty law. As well as being solid in your understanding of what your
constitutional rights are. As well as your unalienable rights and what that means.
Understanding and using the correct verbiage to use whether you're standing in a court
of law or on the side of the road with red and blue flashing lights behind you is vital to
determine the outcome. Always remember that your first covenant is to the Creator.
And the second thing to remember Love thy neighbor as yourself, do no harm.
Whether you're dealing with a rogue judge or law enforcement officer. Always be
respectful. That doesn't mean be a doormat, it just simply means when you know what
your rights are and you're standing upon your rights you have nothing to fear.
I always try to remember as well that no judge or police officer is going to say bang you
got us, we violated your rights my bad. They are more than likely going to continue to
try to drag you into that Maritime admiralty system. So it is important for you to know
