Once you nish creating your account,

you will need to add credits for creating your

documents for printing. You will need at least

two credits. One credit for the 1779 Deceleration

and a credit for your 928 Package.

Please check with your State National Representative

to determine if you need more documentation.

NOTE: When printing always use Laser printing for Archiveable documents.
