1 A Psalme of David, to give instruction, and a 1 A Psalme of David. Blessed be the Lord my
prayer, when he was in the cave. I cryed vnto the strength, which teacheth mine hands to fight,

enemies: for I hid me with thee. 10 Teach me to praise thy works vnto generation, and declare

doe thy will, for thou art my God: let thy good thy power. I wil meditate of the beautie of thy
Spirit leade me vnto the land of righteousnes. glorious maiestie, and thy wonderfull workes,
11 Quicken me, O Lord, for thy Names sake, and for 6 And they shall speake of the power of thy feare-

thy righteousnesse bring my soule out of trouble. full actes, and I will declare thy greatnes. They
12 And for thy mercy slay mine enemies, and shall breake out into the mention of thy great
destroy all them that oppresse my soule: for I am goodnes, and shall sing aloude of thy righteous-
