            31  But they that waite vpon the Lord, shall renue the whirlewinde shall scatter them: and thou
            their strength: they shall lift vp the wings as the  shalt reioyce in the Lord, and shalt glory in
            eagles: they shall runne, and not be wearie, and  the holy one of Israel.  17  When the poore and
