besides me. I am the Lord, and there is none
other. 7 I forme the light and create darkenes: from the beginning? or hath tolde it of olde?
I make peace and create euill: I the Lord doe all Haue not I the Lord? and there is none other

teousnesse: let the earth open, and let saluation for I am God, and there is none other. 23 I haue
and iustice growe foorth: let it bring them foorth sworne by my selfe: the worde is gone out of my
together: I the Lord haue created him. 9 Woe mouth in righteousnesse, and shall not returne,
be vnto him that striueth with his maker, the That euery knee shall bowe vnto me, and euery
potsherd with the potsherds of the earth: shall tongue shall sweare by me. 24 Surely he shall say,

thou? or thy worke, It hath none hands? 10 Woe he shall come vnto him, and all that prouoke him,
vnto him that sayeth to his father, What hast shall be ashamed. 25 The whole seede of Israel

one of Israel, and his maker, Aske me of things to 46

workes of mine hands: commande you me. 12 I idoles were vpon the beastes, and vpon the cat-
haue made the earth, and created man vpon it: I, tell: they which did beare you, were laden with
whose hands haue spred out the heauens, I haue a wearie burden. 2 They are bowed downe, and
euen commanded all their armie. 13 I haue raised fallen together: for they coulde not rid them
him vp in righteousnesse, and I will direct all his of the burden, and their soule is gone into cap-
wayes: he shall build my citie, and he shall let goe 3
my captiues, not for price nor rewarde, saith the tiuitie. Heare ye me, O house of Iaakob, and
