            for he is his money.  22  Also if men striue and or vineyarde, and put in his beast to feed in an
            hurt a woman with childe, so that her childe other mans fielde, he shall recompence of the
            depart from her, and death follow not, hee shall  best of his owne fielde, and of the best of his owne
            bee surely punished according as the womans vineyard.       6  If fire breake out, and catche in ye
            husband shall appoynt him, or he shall pay as thornes, and the stackes of corne, or the standing
            the Iudges determine.    23  But if death follow, corne, or the fielde be consumed, he that kindled
            then thou shalt paye life for life,  24  Eye for eye,  the fire shall make full restitution.  7  If a man
            tooth for tooth, hande for hand, foote for foote,  deliuer his neighbour money or stuffe to keepe,
            25 Burning for burning, wound for wounde, stripe  and it be stollen out of his house, if the thiefe be

            for stripe.  26 And if a man smite his seruant in the  found, he shall pay the double. If the thiefe be
            eie, or his maide in the eye, and hath perished  not founde, then the master of the house shalbe
            it, hee shall let him goe free for his eye.  27  Also  brought vnto the Iudges to sweare, whether he
            if he smite out his seruants tooth, or his maides  hath put his hande vnto his neighbours good, or

            a woman, the oxe shall be stoned, and his owner or oxe, or sheepe, or any beast, and it die, or be
            shall die also.  30 If there be set to him a summe of hurt, or taken away by enemies, and no man see
            mony, then he shall pay the raunsome of his life,  it,  11  An othe of the Lord shalbe betweene the
            whatsoeuer shalbe laied vpon him.   31  Whether twaine, that hee hath not put his hande vnto his
            he hath gored a sonne or gored a daughter, he neighbours good, and the owner of it shall take

            and an oxe or an asse fall therein,  34 The owner ought of his neighbour, and it be hurt, or els die,
            of the pit shall make it good, and giue money to  the owner thereof not being by, he shall surely
            the owners thereof, but the dead beast shalbe his.  make it good.  15  If the owner thereof bee by, hee
            35 And if a mans oxe hurt his neighbours oxe that  shall not make it good: for if it be an hired thing,
            he die, then they shall sel the liue oxe, and deuide  it came for his hire.  16 And if a man entise a maide
            the money thereof, and the dead oxe also they    that is not betrothed, and lie with her, hee shall
            shall deuide.  36  Or if it bee knowen that the oxe endowe her, and take her to his wife.  17  If her
            hath vsed to push in times past, and his master father refuse to giue her to him, hee shall pay
            hath not kept him, he shall pay oxe for oxe, but money, according to ye dowry of virgins.  18 Thou
            the dead shall be his owne.                      shalt not suffer a witch to liue.  19  Whosoeuer

              1  If a man steale an oxe or a sheepe, and kill it  onely, shalbe slaine.  21 Moreouer, thou shalt not
            or sell it, he shall restore fiue oxen for the oxe,  do iniurie to a stranger, neither oppresse him: for
            and foure sheepe for the sheepe.    2  If a thiefe  ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.  22 Ye shall
            bee founde breaking vp, and be smitten that he   not trouble any widowe, nor fatherlesse childe.

            for his theft.  4 If the theft bee founde with him, your children fatherlesse.  25 If thou lende money
            aliue, (whether it be oxe, asse, or sheepe) he shall to my people, that is, to the poore with thee, thou
            restore the double.  5  If a man doe hurt fielde, shalt not bee as an vsurer vnto him: yee shall
