wholesome doctrine, 2 That the elder men be
watchful, graue, teperate, sounde in the faith, in

1 Paul a seruaunt of God, and an Apostle of much wine, but teachers of honest things, That
Iesus Christ, according to the faith of Gods elect, they may instruct the yong women to be sober
and the acknowledging of the trueth, which is minded, that they loue their husbands, that they
according vnto godlines, 2 Vnto the hope of loue their children, 5 That they be temperate,
eternall life, which God that cannot lie, hath chaste, keeping at home, good and subiect vnto
promised before the world began: 3 But hath their husbands, that the word of God be not euill
made his worde manifest in due time through the spoken of. 6 Exhort yong men likewise, that
preaching, which is committed vnto me, accord- they bee sober minded. 7 In all things shewe
