Appendix I - Seven Steps for Digital Storytelling
1. Owning My story is about why coaching is important to me as a conduit for

2. Owning My emotional connection to the GAA and the coaching of Gaelic
Your Emotions games was essential to my reason for undertaking this research.
Building and awareness of myself, the subject, and my community
would ensure the story was not only mine but ours.
3. Finding My trust in the subject’s understanding of the concepts in the Coach
Your Moment 10 model and their ability to relate them to real moments would
ensure many common relatable experiences for the audience
4. Seeing Your I would look to create a visual connection with the subject by

7. Sharing The video is primarily aimed at coaches and prospective coaches of
Your Story. Gaelic games. It will be provided for access publicly online but also
specifically within the delivery of the GAA Coach Education
Programme.
